We are what we eat. We are also our stories. Indeed, the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves, our experiences, and our larger world, shape our existence as much as the food we eat. The path to joyfully healthy eating involves paying attention to all aspects of our being, including our spiritual well-being.
Please contact us if you’d like some tailored guidance and support on your journey toward more joyfully healthy eating.
Recipe Sharing
With more cookbooks and online recipes sites available than ever before, it remains surprisingly challenging to find recipes that are healthy, tasty, AND easily adaptable to a variety of different dietary needs.
Each of our joyful recipes offers some suggested adaptations for various allergies or dietary preferences. Feel free to adapt each recipe to your own dietary needs and tastes. If you have a healthy, tasty, and easily adaptable recipe you’d like to share with others on our site, please let us know! We’d also like to know your story: what about this recipe makes it work so well for you and your loved ones?

In our fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever to slow down and pay attention to the sacred within and around us. Spiritual direction (also known as spiritual companionship) offers a sacred space for this holy witnessing that nourishes our soul. People of all faith traditions, as well as those without a faith tradition and those uncertain of their beliefs, can benefit from this practice. Contact us to learn more!
