Marinated Portobello Mushrooms

This recipe brings me back to a simpler time, when my mom used to make her “mushroom steaks” for dinner at least once a week. As a child, I loved mushrooms. As an adult, I grew to dislike them for reasons unknown to me. This recipe, however, brings back my love for mushrooms and lets me enjoy something that is often difficult for me. It is very joyful to try something you usually dislike and find yourself enjoying it!
