Adaptations

If you would like to make this gluten free, use a 1:1 gluten-free flour substitute!

If you would like to make it vegan, use plant-milk instead of cow-milk, and replace the eggs with ½ cup of applesauce.

You can add protein powder to this recipe to make it a more fortified breakfast! Simply remove some of the flour and add an equal amount of protein powder to replace it.
