There is a lot of great science supporting healthy eating. A lot. And it is useful to know that. However, scientific knowledge alone is rarely enough for lasting change.
Joyfully healthy eating is a journey of exploration and discovery. Along the way, we cultivate our awareness and gratitude for all that we eat and drink — regardless of any dietary restrictions we might have. This journey of learning and noticing has the power to transform us physically and even spiritually, as we nourish ourselves with joy.
